Spinach and Onion Quiche

Who doesn't love quiche?! It's such good comfort food! You can have it for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, or dinner. Gotta love it!

How good does this look? Nice and rustic looking, tastes amazing too!

Quiches are so versatile and so easy to make. You can pretty much put anything you like in it. I used spinach and onions and it couldn't taste any more prefect :)

Spinach and Onion Quiche

Ingredients:
1 pie crust
2 cups of fresh baby spinach
1/2 onion, chopped
1.5 cups of shredded cheddar
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cream
4 eggs
pinch of salt and pepper

Preheat your oven at 350. Lay the crust on a 9 inch pan. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, milk, cream, and cheese. Add in the spinach, onion, salt and pepper and pour the mixture into the pie crust. Bake for about 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

One thing about quiche is that it's always better after it's reheated. The best way to reheat is to cover with  aluminum foil and bake in the oven. Take aluminum foil off 5 minutes before taking the quiche out.

Happy eating!
