S'more Bars








































Who likes s'mores?!?! Okay, who doesn't like s'mores? These graham cracker cookie filled with chocolate and marshmallow bars are perfect for any occasion.  I tried this recipe this weekend and oh boy, were these bad boys delicious! When they first came out the oven, they was so warm and gooey on the inside. After they had cooled down, they were still yummy, crisp exterior and gooey on the inside. So heavenly.


























































S'more Bars


Ingredients
1 1/3 cup flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter (room temperatured)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 12 ounce bag chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup of Fluff


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-in square baking pan.
2. Stir together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
3. With a mixer, mix in butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Then add in the egg and vanilla extract. Once this mixture is blended, add in the dry ingredients until it is formed into a dough.
4. Divide the dough into two. Spread the bottom of the pan with half of the dough, then layer with chocolate chips. Spread with Fluff on top of chocolate. Roll the second half of the dough for it to fit the top of the chocolate.
5.Bake for 30 mins until the top layer is golden.




Cut it into small bars after they are cooled.
